kituro_smallThe World of Rugby has its “Six Nations”,  Brussels has its Tournament “Country of Origin”. The idea?  A rugby tournament with teams formed of 10 players, supporting the colors of his country of origin or of adoption.

Saturday, May 19th, the Royal Kituro Rugby Club will host the second edition of this tournament and Atlantis is happy to sponsor the Maltese team.

Nearly 300 players will participate in this tournament with a unique concept in Europe.  Eighteen teams have been formed: Africa, Argentina, Canada, Team Europe, Fiji, France, Greece, Hawaii, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malta, Samoa, Scotland, UK Lions and Wales.

On the occasion of the 2012 edition, the tournament Country of Origin wanted to support a national cause: organ donation.

  •  Why EPB certification ? 

If you sell an apartment or a house on the Brussels Capital Region you are required since 1st May 2011 to obtain an EPB certificate for your property.

If you are renting out an apartment or a house on the Brussels Capital Region you will be required from 1st November 2011 to obtain an EPB certificate for it.

  • What is EPB certification?

It is like an official energetic identity card.

You will need to reference the information contained on this certificate: Energy class and annual CO2 emissions, on advertisement of your property. You also must supply a copy of this certificate to any potential buyer. The original of this certificate must be issued to the final purchaser of your property.
